We would like to inform you that our esteemed member from Romania, NWRDA (North-West Regional Development Agency), is searching for a lead partner to submit a tender to the Pilot Action: Building Capacity for Tourism EISMEA/2023/OP/0024. The call aims to bolster the competitiveness of the tourism ecosystem by equipping stakeholders, including SMEs, to navigate the green and digital transition, fostering innovation, resilience, sustainability, and quality throughout the tourism value chain. Please note that the deadline for the receipt of tenders is 29 May 2024.

Our member, NWRDA (North-West Regional Development Agency), is currently seeking a lead partner to collaborate on a tender submission for the Pilot Action: Building Capacity for Tourism (EISMEA/2023/OP/0024). The main objective of the call is to enhance the competitiveness of the tourism ecosystem by building the capacity of tourism stakeholders, including SMEs, to successfully undergo the twin green and digital transition and to boost innovation, resilience, sustainability, and quality along the tourism value chain. The specific objectives are twofold:

• To increase ecosystems' awareness and expertise about existing funding opportunities;

• To support ecosystem stakeholders, including SMEs, to successfully utilise and benefit from them in order to apply for available EU programmes.

Thus, the selected contractor will provide a range of services such as updating and completing "The Guide on EU funding for tourism", creating tools (e.g., guidelines, dedicated training possibilities, and the like) and disseminating information about funding opportunities relevant to the tourism ecosystem in a clear and easily understandable language.
