Apply before 7 June 2024 

We would like to inform you that the third call for project proposals of Interreg Europe will open soon. Starting from 20 March 2024, you can apply with your ideas until 7 June 2024. Don't miss this opportunity to take part in interregional cooperation projects! .The EU's cohesion policy aims to reduce development gaps and enhance quality of life across European regions. Through initiatives like the Interreg Europe program, it fosters exchange of ideas and capacity building among public authorities and other relevant organisations to improve regional development policies and programs, focusing on innovation, sustainability and inclusiveness. 

With the third call for interregional cooperation projects, Interreg gathers policy-relevant organisations from different countries in Europe working together on common regional development issues. The beneficiaries can cooperate on any topics of shared relevance in line with their regional needs, as long as this falls within the scope of cohesion policies. 

Interreg supports projects in five thematic EU priorities and one non-thematic issue on better governance: Smart, Green, Connected, Citizens, Social and Governance. 

If you are interested in applying, Interreg has prepared a set of support tools to make your project development a success:  

• Online feedback open: share your project idea through the Interreg website and you will get detailed feedback on it.

• Online launching event: On 20 March 2024, The Europe, let's cooperate! interregional cooperation forum in Antwerp (Belgium) will open the third call for project proposals. Register here and follow the event online.

• Project development week: From 15-18 March 2024, Interreg is hosting 4 webinars to assist you through the steps for having relevant partnerships, a good project methodology, project management and finances, and project communication. Registration will open soon.

• Info days in your country: Points of contact of Interreg 36 Partner States organise information days for you to present the programme and its key features in your local language. Check the calendar here and join the suitable session for you.

• Q&A sessions: On 5 April, 26 April, 17 May and 31 May at 10 CEST, you will have the possibility to get immediate answers to your questions. Registration will open soon.
